It Is Too Early For This.

Currently, it is 11:41 in the morning - almost noon. But I do not think my neighbors realize that. I just heard someone singing at the top of her lungs just now. It is too early for karaoke. I am so not ready for this. The neighborhood is quiet, then the sudden scream/voice.

I don't know how to categorize it.

Oh boy, that must be really frustrating to deal with so early in the day. I completely get wanting some peace and quiet, and it would be great if they could be a bit more mindful of neighbors who need that calm.

the quiet then sudden voice part would throw me off too...... i would've jumped, idk how i'd even categorize it either
