When you are hurt by the break up and you want to feel better, what do you usually do?

I keep myself busy with my work and I also try to enjoy and go out with my friends. That way i would not be able to think about my broken heart. I do pray as well for strenght. Are you broken hearted?

I also do this things and such are our way of depending ourself not to get hurt.
