pumba_jhi I don't drink tap water. It's been reported that many residents in our place have an amoebiasis because of drinking water directly from the faucet. That's why we buy mineral water for drinking.

pumba_jhi I'm doing that already. I love chocolates and icecream, but still I don't gain weight. What I get from eating sweet foods too much is migraine. Anyway, I'll try to eat more fats maybe in time I'll gain some weight. Thanks for the reply. Have a great day...

pumba_jhi We have the same problem. A friend of mine advised me to consult a physician,maybe we have a problem in our body system. But I didn't go yet. Hope we can find solution yo our problem. Thank you. Stay healthy!!

pumba_jhi I think the person is weak. Committing suicide over a broken heart is a crazy thing. There's more reason to live, you can find love again and live life to thr fullest.

pumba_jhi I keep myself busy with my work and I also try to enjoy and go out with my friends. That way i would not be able to think about my broken heart. I do pray as well for strenght. Are you broken hearted?

pumba_jhi I prefer wine. I like the taste of wine as compared to beer. Although it's more expensive, I think it has more health advantage than beer. Drinking beer makes me feel bloated and I think beer can make our tummy big. That's why I go for wine.
