Do you have a washer or dryer in your house?

Or do you go to a friends house or the laundry mat? Unfortunately I don't have either in my house at this time. I hope to get some really soon. I usually go to a friends house because I can't afford to go to a laundry mat. How about you?

Yes, we have both a washer and dryer. I remember the years when I didn't have one and had to go to the laundromat to wash and dry my clothes. What a pain that was. I'm glad those days are behind me and hope that someday you'll have your own washer and dryer, too.

I just don't like carrying my diry clothes to someone's house. It makes me feel like I'm imposing in a way. I hope to have one when I get my taxes back. There is a place where I can get a washer and dryer for $99.99 each. So I'm hoping to have enough for them. Thanks for responding.

our last place never had a place to even put a washing machine, so we used to take it to a place up the road, and they would wash and dry a weeks worth of clothes and towels for $20. It was pretty good, except you had to be careful or else things would get shrunk! We've since moved and have our own washing machine, it's so much nicer being able to do washing when I want to. We don't have a dryer though, don't really need one in Sydney. The only time it would come in handy is in Winter when we need to wash the sheets or a load of towels

Well Sydney is warm this time of year, right? Right now it's winter here in the US. It's already snowed once. Thanks for responding, and warm towels right out of the dryer are one of the nicest things in the world!

It's not easy not being able to wash your clothes when you want or need to. Thanks for responding.

Well, good luck fixing the dryer! Where I live I need to get a dryer with a 110 plug, because technically we aren't allowed to have a dryer here. We can have a washer, but not a dryer. That really makes no sense. Thanks for responding, and I hope you get it fixed.

Me and my boyfriend go to either my mom's house or his mom's house to do laundry.

I can't stand the hassel of bringing all my laundry to someone else's house, but I have to. Thanks for responding.
