Want to be 16 again?

Hypothetically would you want to be 16 again? Please explain if you would or not.
Personally I would hate to be 16 again, having to make the mistakes again that I have now learnt. To experience things for the first time again. Unless I knew what I knew now, then I would change the way I dealt with things. Rather than going through all the hurt again.

If I knew what I know now and could be 16 again. Definatly, I would want to. I would not change certain things though because the things you change not only affect your lives they affect the lives of your children and their children and so on. But there would be a few miner adjustements I would make. Like finishing high school instead of getting a GED. Things like that. Finishing college. Not being such a slacker when I was younger. Trying to be a better person all around (not saying i'm not a good person, I just think I could do better)

yea i would love to be 16 again to do all the fun things i didnt get to do. you know how when you used to be young, parties were really fun and when you grew up it started dying? well thats what i mean by wanting to go back, when i was young we used to have fun parties and everything until when i was 16, it started fading away and i wanna go back to do all the fun things and just hoping i didnt do anything that i missed.

yes I would love to 16 again, but knowing what my mistakes were. Then I wouldnt repeat them. And even if it had to be where I didnt know my mistakes I would still do it over again.

Ohh dear .. all that teenage angst .. I am not sure I could go through all that again, hormones raging, spotty faces, lack of confidence, 'boys' heheh!! No I think being 16 once is a enough for a lifetime. Although .. there are some things that would be nice to relive .. my first wage packet, leaving home and getting my first motorbike .. I wouldn't mind reliving those experiences again ..

No, I would not want to be that age again. Life is a book of chapters. Mistakes and all. If I went back, I most likely would make the same mistakes. You think like a 16 year old at 16, and you think more mature at another age. It's easy to look back and say, " I should have." But, in reality, it doesn't work that way. Blessings, M&M

I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
16 was a good year for me, it was when I turned 17 that I started screwing up the game.
If I could go back to 16, knowing what I know now, I'd be doing a few things differently, that's for sure.
All in all tho, I remember 16 very fondly...even tho I spent a great deal of it crying over a guy.

No - not that young. I wouldn't want to be still at school, and dong my O'Levels again! I've always wanted to go back to about 24-25, which I feel is old enough to have learnt a ibt about ife, and the wrld, but till young enough to be able to fulfil your dreams, and have something to really look forward to. 16 though - too much teenage angst - no thankyou!!

Sometimes i do.
I can honestly say i don't. i hated my life when i was that age and the only good things was leaving school and the fact that i met my wife!
I would re live those 3 years ever. wasn't the best of times, so overall i'm happy to leave the past behind and focus my life on the future, my son and friends.
Kudos wolfie.

No way! I wouldn't mind being 19 again... then I could make some different decisions... and relive the best year of my life. But 16 was a terrible year for me. I had so much anger. My homelife wasn't the best. I went through a lot of confusing things... had a lot of angst. I definately don't want to go back to being 16.

I have to agree with you... i wouldn't wanna be 16 again.. now 20.. umm.. maybe 20 would be more like it. At 16, i really didn't know ABC of LIFE ! at 20, i was better off.. .i'm not too old now either but do feel i had the best time at 20 - all the fun, parties , friends.. aah.. those were the days .. now it's only WORK, home and back to work ! sigh !

You and I have the same opinions on things. Yes I would like to be 16 again if I knew then what I know now and could change mistakes and do things that I should have done differently. Since that cannot happen because Life is not like that. No I am glad I am not 16 again because if I had to start life again at 16 and have all these bad things happen over and over would be too much to handle.
