Thank you for responding

i tend to walk everywhere nowadays because the buses in my area are just too unreliable and very expensive for the service. i've found that when i now walk everywhere, i don't really need to do any other kind of exercise

oh....you seem to get exercise all by itself...ha....ha....even then, i feel, you should go for joggging as jogging in the early morning breathing fresh air and with loose comfortable dress is very different from what you are getting it daily by walking everywhere during busy hours.....in office wears..don't you also think so? Anyway thanks for response...

I prefer to walk a lot. When your walking your body is relaxed and there is good balance. You are not exerting a lot of pressure on your muscles and you have less chances of strining them.

Yes...more and more people prefer walking over joging these day's and even doctors also advice the same for most people.. isn't it? so, i also believe health is very imporant and for fitness purpose, one has to go for either jogging or walking..my preference would be for jogging at younger age and walking at older age... Anyway thanks for response...

Good....i think, if you are young enough jogging is cool and i would say, better go for jogging than running as running will exert more pressure on your legs which may result in damage to your ankles in later stage..... Anyway thanks for response...
