How does one know if they are approaching menopause..Are there symptoms? Is there ways without putting drugs into you to deal with it?

You will become irratable, your periods start coming later or stopping and of course hot flashes! During the winter i would always have heavy flannel on because i'd be freezing now i could just wear a night shirt. You can also start getting migraine headaches around the time you will or should be getting your period.

That I have noticed: the migrane headaches..They are not as painful but sometimes they are extremely long.

Silk soy milk in all it flavors - Silk Soy has the components to be used by the body to make a weaker form of estrogen to bind to the receptors and keep levels more consistent in the body
We are all different so you need to take note or have a loved one do it...myself I was hating how my hubby was breathing and then wondering why I would when he needs to breath...would get stuck..not be able to start a task, generally got confused and forget things...Soy milk has helped me-- Silk Soy! At least 1 glass a day has helped and sure is cheaper than a doctor...works at least for now. Will turn to herbs when the time comes for more help. A compounding pharmisist would be the best bet too.

Here is a link that can answer a lot of questions about menopause. Hope it helps! http://www.knowmenopause.com/ My mom was thrown into it, because she had to have a total hysterectomy. She went through the hot flashes really bad. She just treated them with an all-natural estrogen pill. I can't for the life of me recall the name of it, but it worked really well for her.

The only thing that happened to me was that I suddenly didn't have my period anymore. I didn't take any meds for it, I simply lived through it.
