These day's, main focus is on self confidence and if you feel you are confident enough, you definitely can be the winner..
More than anything, one should have belief in his own potential for success in life.What do you all say to this? pass your comments here...

Yes, I agree with you. In fact, i've noticed that people who carry themselves with confidence seem to be more attractive than people with low self esteem. Think about it, the ugliest chick can be attractive just because her she carries herself the right way.

Thhankyou for agreeing with me...now , how about you? are you alway's over confident or take a lot of time in deciding on something....what is it? as far as i know, your ambitions are too high and you are just finding out new way's each day's to succeed ...right? And the example you have given here is excellent....ha...ha........anyway's thanks for responding

What most of the times...in my words, i can say all the times.If you feel you can definitely do a certain thing, why not jump into that full confidence .....i don't say, not to analyze anything before getting into that job...but, analyze that first and then believe in yourself and put your full effort on to that..believ me, you are bound to succeed later..

being confident is good, but there should be some self-evaluation on whether you can perform as good as you thought. i have a staff who's working under me, who are so confident that she can do any thing given to her, as she's a degree holder...but it doesnt turn out that way...she's slow, no intiative and she practically perform the task when asked to...because of this, i will never trust on what people will say or act...whether they look confident or not...i will see the result.

May be i can agree to your views to some extent.As you said , there are some people who show the confidence but fail to show the result. May be such kind of people don't have that much of will power to get the desired result. In my case ,self confidence will come into picture only after judging a particular work to be done and also with strong will power.....do you agree to this....
