are you allergic?

I have eczema (think I spelled that right). I can touch much less than I would care to admit. Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, raw meats, cleaning products all are untouchable for me. Heck even hot water makes me break out! I used to get welps all over my body after taken showers in an apartment me and my husband shared when we first got together. I can eat pretty much anything, I just can't touch it while it is raw. Makes dinner prep really interesting somedays. Shellfood when it is raw can make me so raw that I nearly bleed, the itching is insane. To make it worse when I wear the gloves to keep the juices off my hands if I start to sweat the whole process starts over again from the sweat :).

I am allergic to dust and aerosol particles. But not to any type of food or medicine.

Yes, I have allergies to some goods that cause me to break out in rashes around my face and arms. I can't eat shellfish, cows milk (including yoghurt) or cows milk cheese. I get all red and itchy. Usually I just substitute it with soy milk, soy yoghurt and lactose free cheese. However sometimes I break out in the rash for no reason, so apparently there's still soething I'm eating that I'm allergic to, I just haven't found the corellation yet.
