Dumplings is the big one while steamed bun is the small one.

I love dumplings. I think I like the Japanese gyoza version better though. Steamed then fried and with that tangy soy sauce.

yes we love dumplings with chili oil sauce when fried or steamed . . . we also enjoy it in soup with noodles ! we fondly called this dumplings as SIOMAI . . .
