arab countries.

I think its some arab country with those oil wells they have. Thats the reason the rates are increasing day by day.

Number 1 is the former soviet union, but they are divided now so I don't know if they are still on top. Second is the United States. Only thing is U.S. doesn't export oil, and still import because it is a heavy industrialized nation. In terms of oil exporting countries, however, there is Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Venezuela, etc. etc....

I think its gulf countries which is rich in oil.
