Anyone have any good ways to loose weight fast? I'd love to hear them. I think I am gonna blow up, terribly depressing, I have and still am exercising twice daily, counting calories and fat, etc. For the past month now and I have gained 3 pounds, I understand muscle weighs more than fat but will it ever go away? My fiance is embarrased to be seen with me, not much wonder...

You can lose 100+ pounds real quick. Get rid of any guy that is ashamed of you rather than helping and encouraging you. No wonder you have a weight problem. You don't need someone tearing you down. Counting calories don't work. My cardiologist gave me the best advice and I lost 70 pounds. Like you, I struggled for years and years. I was like a big yo-yo because I never went down that much. When I did lose, I went out to eat to celebrate. I found out that sugar is the culprit. I am insulin-resistant. I am not diabetic. My tests are always good, but I don't metabolize sugar well; thus the weight stayed on. What's more, I am the first to say, "I don't eat a lot of sweets." But when you looked at my diet, yes I did. I ate rice, baked potatoes, bread and pasta along with my meat and vegetables just like every other normal person. The only problem with that was I was not metabolizing those things like the skinny people around me. I even ate less than a few of the people around me, but I was still fat. At times, you say to yourself, it doesn't matter what you eat anyway, so you break out the candy bars or the ice cream. So...Here's how I ate to lose and I still follow, but not so severely: If it has white sugar or white flour in it, do not eat it. If it is fried, do not eat it. No white potatoes. No white or brown rice. No pasta of any kind. May have 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or 1 tablespoon of nuts for snack. Be sure to use a little olive oil (2 tablespoons) in your food every day. This can be for cooking, or on your salad. No fruit juices of any kind. No dried fruit. Eat fresh whole fruit only. Avoid the super sweet fruits like watermelons, grapes and bananas. Eat only one small to medium sized fruit at a time. If you follow these rules, you will be surprised how quickly the weight will come off. And....you will not be hungry. If you are like most of us, the hidden white carbs are the culprit. So when you cut the white sugar, in all its forms, you also cut the cravings. The other thing she had me do was work up to walking 10,000 steps a week. For me that was 6 miles, total. Notice I said "work up to." I finally got to where I could do 30 minutes a day at 3 miles an hour on the treadmill, so I was doing more than the 10,000 steps. I was more motivated as the pounds melted away. You can do this. I believe in you.

Check this out. Most people that do a 9 day cleanse lose about 7lbs on average. There is also a 30 day cleanse and many people lose about 20lbs. Watch the videos called Take Control of Your Health Becky Natrajan, M.D. "Dr. Dr. Give Me The Truth" Becky Natrajan, http://www.trixy.isagenix.com

Well the thing that i have found the works really well for me is not to combine proteins with the carbohydrates like you can have a steak but no potatoes but you can have other vegetables and a salad me i would saute thinnly sliced steak with mushrooms and onions and have a salad. And you can have a baked potatoes and vegetables together just no proteins, you can have butter with it you just have to not eat them within two hours of the protein meals and eat lots of fruits ..and 6 small meals a day will make you lose more th en 3 meals a day...keeps your bodys metabalism up and burning..so it burns more fat..first week following this i lost 22 pounds but each of us are different and i had alot of weight to lose still do..but it worked..eat a fruit based meal in the morning after getting out of bed and then two hours later you can have some 1 serving of oatmeal with a piece of toast.or a carb based meal that you would like even a baked potatoe.then lunch try to keep it mostly fruits and veggies and then if you need it a snack then supper remember try not to mix carbs with the proteins and if you need it before bed a snack maybe a yogurt if you like or veggies or fruits or even 3 cups of air popped popcorn..some people say its a no-no to eat after a certain time..no eating a late night snack just keeps your body burning throughout the night....Good luck hope this helps...

it could be water weight, some of it. limit sodium so that you don't retain too much water. yes, muscle weighs more than fat, but you know when you're gaining fat. so keep up the exercise- and keep a good diet. everyone has different needs. you know when you don't feel well, so take care of yourself- don't limit essential vitamins and minerals.

You need to understand that you will not lose weight quickly. You’ve spent many years in some cases putting on this weight, it isn’t going to drop off over night. Do not starve yourself. You’ll lose weight at a slower rate, do exercise, 30 minutes is enough a day, however don’t have a ‘all or nothing mentality’ five minutes will help. Moderate what you eat. Cut down if you need to. Drink plenty of water and eat fruit. Don’t go on a fancy diet no matter how much weight it quotes you‘ll loose, diets end. Lifestyle changes don’t. Seek support from those around you, www.sparkpeople.com is a good website to visit along with http://www.3fatchicks.com/ If you are exercising and you are eating healthily and not over eating consider visiting a doctor, he’ll offer advice and support, yet also there maybe something to investigate if you aren’t losing weight and you’re doing everything you can.

Losing weight fast is never healthy! Those who lose weight fast, gain it back plus more! Lose weight the healty way...no more than 2 pounds per week. If you need to be monitored, I recommend LA weight loss as my husband is doing very well there (they do take it off faster than 2 pounds a week but then you can "maintain" with them). If you don't want to pay for a plan, I will gladly give you a diet based on Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem. You can do it yourself at home. You won't need to measure anything or count calories. It is already proportioned. It involves all food groups and is based on 1250 calories. Very healthy. I have shared it with many and it is approved by my doctor. (I'm an R.N.)

I lost 15 pounds my first two weeks on Figure 8. www.gofigure8.com It is very nutritious. I can't lose weight now because I am pregnant but I can still have the shake as a quick meal.

Change your eating habit .... go on a protein based diet which takes care of an equilibrium in vitamins, minerals, water and fibre as well. If you need personal assistance, you can "buy" this best in a networkmarketing system like Herbalife, which obviously has been working successfully now for about 25 years and has helped people in more than 60 countries. After you succeed you even can make money out of being yourself your best reclam! I have seen this from a friend in Romania, who now has her own website www.herbalife.gadglobal.ro

There are no quick weight loss diets. The only weight you loose is water which you gain back anyway.. Only thing I can suggest is drink water, cut down on carbs, and exercise.. Lossing weight takes patience and it doesnt happen overnight.. A month wont make you skinny.. Muscle does weigh more than fat and if you gained weight it could be a number of things. Watch your calorie intake.. Learn how to read the labels when you are buying food.. Eat two big meals one for breakfast and lunch. Something small for dinner.. In between have light snacks like low fat yogurt, ora piece of fruit.. All together you should eat 5 times a day but keep the in between meals nothing more than a little snack.. Its always good to have a fat buddy also and keep a food journal.. And some advice if your fiance is embarrased to be seen with you then you need to kick him to the curb and find someone who will love you for you.. Good luck
