of the biggest loser!! It was really amazing to see all those people and how good they look now. I really think Eric deserved to win and I'm glad he did! Kai looked fabulous!! And was Heather prego the whole time cause they were only home for 6 weeks and she is 5 months along. what did you think of the finale??

I was so amazed at their weight loss. They all looked amazing. I went on the nbc site to see all of the at home contestants weight loss. So many of them did wonderful. I have been trying to figure that out about Heather. Because I thought they had blood work done when they first got to the ranch and then had a follow up with the doctor later. I am really curious about that. So what do you think of the new trainer?

There was a different trainer for the red team in the first two seasons. Bob has always been the trainer for the blue team but the red team used to be trained by Jillian Michaels. I think Kim did great. I wasn't sure about her at first but after a few episodes I liked her.

yes it was a great finale. i thought they were home for more than six weeks i thought it was 4 months or something like that.they all did wonderful jobs.they worked very hard for it and they deserve it.i'm wondering .eric lost so much weight and i thought when u lose soo much weight weight you will have extra skin saging i didnt see any on him.

see I think the show isn't like oh we lost all this weight and have no flab. I dont really think the show is as 'real' as they make it out to be but it is a good show to get people motivated to lose the weight.

I enjoy watching this show and seeing how much weight each person can lose with helpful tips, workouts and encouragement. Eric did look great now, but I thought they all had done well. My favorite part was seeing the at home players and the fact that so many lost over 100 pounds from on line help. This tells me the on line site really works, as some of my friends didn't believe it would be helpful for losing weight.
