How long can you keep meat in the freezer?

have 3-month old chicken. Is that safe to eat?

Is there freezer burn on it? That's the best way to tell if it's good to use or not. If it's been well sealed and there's no trace of freezer burn, it should be fine. If there is freezer burn, I wouldn't use it.
