What do you take for a headache ? Aspirin or something else ?

For most of my headaches, unless I know it is sinus, aspirin is my first choice. If it is worse than just and aspirin headache I will take an OTC product that combines aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine. That one is harder on your kidneys, but works better than ibuprofen or naproxin for me.
