You drink very much water during the day?

Is really important to drink water?

it is recommended to take 8 litres of water a day.i try to take atleast 5 litres a day.i can take during summer.but it is very hard in winter to take 8 litres.my kid doesn't take water at all.i dont know why?i am just forcing her to take.

8 litres??? that is a lot. Is bad your kid don´t drink water =/ but he drinks juices and others things? regards.

What you like more to drink? Yes water is very important, but druing winter is so cold I can´t drink it =/ regards

I have initiated a discussion on this HOW MUCH WATER YOU DRINK IN A DAY. It attracted 700 responses, some of them by experts. According to them, one should drink 3 litres of water - 2 in the morning. This helps removal of toxins in the body, makes you fresh, keeps you away from common ailments like cold, cough, sneezing, fatigue etc.One will be cheerful throughout the day. Donot gulp the water. You should take the water like Japanese sip the tea, sip slowly. It also improves the quality of the skin.

It's very important to drink water. I've slacked lately and aren't drinking as much as I probably should, but I do drink lots of weak tea, so it's basically water, right? :)

ya you should drink atleast 2 litres/ 8 glasses of water per day... thats very important!!! its necessary to remove toxins and clean the body and also to maintain homostasis.

yup ..for me it's very important ....everyday ..i will start new day with 1 glasses water ....at least 1 glasses in the morning even i don;t get breakfast or eating something else ...

Yes it is, I drink several litres per day. It is good, not just because we need it to live, but also because it flushes out our system.

I know it's important and that 70% (I think) of our body is made of it but I don't like water. I just drink when I don't have anything else to drink. I prefer juice/ice-tea although I know they are not natural and may not be as good for my health as water is.
