how can you make a difference in this world?

as of who you are now, regerdless of age, country, status etc... how can you make a difference? do you agree that most of us, just dont know whats around our world, whats happening beyond our country, what are the effects of the forsaken nature.. how people around the world do just to survive... are we too self centered that all we want is our success, our financial improvement, our family, our happiness, our health, our property... do you agree? can you reflect for a moment and imagine or planet and the people around us... what can we do to save this world?
