of course mr burns is more evil he doesnt care about anybody he would basically take candy from a baby and he tried and got shot and he still didnt learn his lesson thats how you know when somebody is truly evil all he cares about is money

He he he, what a great question. I agree with the previous respondants. Mr. Burns is the very definition of evil most of the time. Homer is dumb and Moe is just bitter and selfish.

ummmm.... from what i saw on all the episodes, i think that mr. burns is the evil one. well not exactly him. he is rich, so the one that are evil are the one he pays for.
