does anyone have a good chicken cassarole recipe to share?

Chicken and dressing casserole recipe. Scroll down to see more chicken casserole recipes. INGREDIENTS: 3 cups cooked diced chicken 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup melted butter 1 package herb-seasoned stuffing mix, (6 to 8 oz) 1 cup shredded cheese, Swiss or Cheddar PREPARATION: Combine soups and chicken broth; add diced chicken to the mixture. Add butter to dressing mix. Combine chicken mixture with the dressing mixture. Place in a 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes if desired. Serves.

This has to be my alltime favourite chicken casserole recipe- I love mexican food, and this is a really tasty dish. I have altered it a little, chopped and changed things I don't like... Give it a try... Chicken Taco Casserole Recipe From Diana Rattray, A chicken casserole with Mexican flavors. INGREDIENTS: 1 package small corn tortillas 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk 1 small jartaco sauce 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 cups cooked diced chicken 1 small can chopped green chili peppers 2 cups shredded tasty cheese PREPARATION: Cut or tear the corn tortillas into bite-size pieces; set aside. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add mushrooms and saute until mushrooms are tender. Remove mushrooms; set aside. Add flour to melted butter and stir until blended and smooth. Slowly, stirring constantly, add the milk to the saucepan, cooking until thickened and smooth. Return the cooked mushrooms to the sauce. Add taco sauce and chili powder to the mushroom sauce. In large shallow casserole dish make a layer of the tortilla pieces. On top of the tortilla pieces, place a layer of chicken pieces. Top chicken with chopped green chiles. Pour the sauce evenly over all and top with the shredded cheese. Refrigerate, covered, for a few hours before baking for best flavor. Bake casserole for 25 to 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly. chicken casserole - INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chopped celery 
1/4 cup chopped onion 
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine 
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken 
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained 
6 pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced 
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted 
1 cup milk 
1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles, cooked and drained 
TOPPING: 
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs 
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 
DIRECTIONS
In a skillet, saute celery, onion and green pepper in butter. Remove from the heat; add chicken, mushrooms, olives, soup, milk and noodles. Mix well. Spoon into a 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping around edges of casserole; return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
