is diploma important when you find a job?

I suppose that having a diploma nowadays can broaden your opportunities of finding a good job. Some employers really do require that you are a graduate of a four year course. Even if you pass their exams, they still need to see your diploma.

yes i think it is very important. i did not finish college and when i was trying to get hired it didn't mattered if i knew or not my work it only mattered that i didn't had my diploma. without a diploma u can't find a god job. And now they even ask for more: special coursses, trainings, etc. I most hate when everyone is asking u to have experience but nobody gives u the chance to acumulate it.

It depends on the type job you are looking for. Most jobs it is good to at least have a high school diploma. Some jobs require a college diploma but most manual labor doesn't. Corporate and office jobs usually prefer that you have a college degree.
