Is There a God?

Is There a God? No one can prove to you the existence of God, as in a mathematical proof. But you still will be able to be certain of His existence: But if you do not want to believe in God, you never will. There can be no scientific proof, simply because God is not physical or material, He is spiritual and infinite.God cannot exist as part of this universe, cannot be composed of matter, and cannot even exist in time. Is there a God at all? Then if so, is he a personal God that has an interest in us both now and after we die? Or does he just let us live and then go out like a light; allowing us to exist, but only like a tree or a lizard?

When it comes to the possibility of God's existence, the Bible says that there are people who have seen sufficient evidence, but they have suppressed the truth about God. On the other hand, for those who want to know God if he is there, he says, "You will seek me and find me; when you seek me with all your heart, I will be found by you." Before you look at the facts surrounding God's existence, ask yourself, If God does exist, would I want to know him?

sahba77 Some people suffer because of the choice that they make. God allows adversity to exist because it can make us grow spiritually. Read the book of Job in the bible it might help to explain why some people suffer.

The Bible - You should read the Bible
How can you talk about the God does no exist when you didn't see Him, didn't speak or hear Him. Think that the Universe was made by someone and believe it or not it wasn't a human been. In those billion years from the born of Universe nobody seen God, nobody hears God but everyone believes in. So next time you don't think that God exist you should go to church or read the Bible again. The old and the new Testament and read between the lines. You'll see something different

There is definitely a God. The vastness of space and the universe itself proves God's power. God cannot be understood by mere man.

thats a wrong thing to say that God cannot be understood by mere man...its man only who belive in god...who claims that he has seen God....its only man who says that God exists

god? - god?
On the one hand, the answer to your main question is simple: No, there is no God, your friend is believing in a myth. But there is a lot more to it than a simple yes and no answer. If there is no God, what is all the fuss about? For example, there is no Easter Bunny, no Tooth Fairy and no Santa Claus, but you don't see a lot of people arguing over their existence. God, of course, is more important. But still, if he doesn't exist, why is he so important? The more you learn about religion, the more you can see how many of the ideas in which people believe don't seem to make sense.

there is God. There is someone who is always greater than every living thing in this world. That should be God, the most high.

Yes there is and there is no denying it. I do not know whats wrong with the other believers but if you ask any Muslim, He will never say that he does not believe in God. If you have a Muslim friend, then Just try it out. Without God there will be no Universe, Without order, every thing on this planet and in this Universe will become out of order and collapse with each other. Its due to God that every thing is in Perfect Balance

i believe. i ussually only believe on things that i see or that i have proof. but God taught me. He showed me His presence. there are a lot of things that happened with my life that may even stop me from believing but i never gave in. when i was always lost and don't know what to do, God would send a very unexpected help., you would never think it would happen. He also gave me answers to questions that i dont know. it's like, we have to believe He's with us and call for Him. that's what i do sometimes and He would respond. the helps that made me believe were actually miraculous.

Believing in God is a comfort issue for most. It makes them feel better knowing that when they are in a situation that they cannot control, they have someone to pray to. Without that feeling, people would feel helpless and hopeless. I think we need to grasp reality and realize that God aint there. And if he is then he's doing a terrible job. I believe God was created by man. Simple as that.

GOD - God is everywhere and nowhere.God is everything.
Where is God? The Ultimate Question Where is God? Have you ever asked that question? Most of us have at one time or another. Its answer has more to do with His presence in our lives than with belief in His existence. We want to know -- where is God when I hurt, or where is God when something goes desperately wrong in my life? Our conclusions depend on what we rely on as a benchmark for truth in our lives. Do you believe the Bible is true, and that it is what it claims to be? If you do, then you recognize that it is the very Word of God. What a great place to begin looking for His presence.

I think that there are too many unexplainable things in this world to not believe in some higher power.Of course Each person would have their own personal vision of God and it may not agree and may even conflict with another person's God.

If we do not believe that there is a superior being more powerful than man, then how come there are things in the universe that up to now are not yet understood by man? Why can't man travel thru that fartheset galaxy? Why can't a man create his own sun or moon or star? Why can't a man create hairs, to end his problem of being bald? As far as man cannot create life by himself, i will stick to the belief that there is an Almighty God.

True that there is no mathematical proof of God. However there is proof. To a believer, the proof is all around them; the sun, trees, grass, a newborn baby, etc. The fact that there is no concrete proof of God is partly the basis for salvation, faith. Faith is believing in things that cannot be directly seen. If there was undeniable evidence that God existed then everyone would believe in him, because you would have to be a fool to ignore the fact. God wants you to believe in him because you have faith and hope in your heart, and not just because a scientist tells you hes there. I believe that God is personally preventing humans from finding direct proof of his existence to preserve faith.
