I think that Homer is. I think Bart knows what he's doing when he gets in trouble and stuff, but Homer is just dumb.

Homers definatly dumber. Maybe they're pretty similar in book smarts, but Homer has absolutly nicto common sence.

Homer and Bart are the two of my favorite characters in TV. Their dumbness is the reason that we laugh. Our of the two I think that homer is dumber than bart. Homer is dumb at doing everything. Bart is dumb too but only is school. He is quite clever when it comes to annoying others.

I think they are both dumb. I like bart because he is full of mischief. Homer is just dumb. I know it is because he has that crayon in his brain, but he is still dumb.

i think that they are pretty equal, for every dumb things they do, the other seem to out do the one before, rembmer like father like son, it is a great show what can i say, i watch it all the time

no wonder homer is dumber. bart is his son and i think that a child actually learns how to be stupid and that's why he is not as much stupid as homer.

I think homer and bart are dumb. The apple never falls far from the tree as they say. I also think that MOe is dumb to. HOw many times can you fail to kill yourself. I mean seriously. I just think that he want attention from people.

Homer by far is the stupidest. At least Bart has a chance to become smart since he's still so young. He's got age on his side, and that's a good thing. Homer's too old to get any smarter.

Homer. You cant teach old dogs new tricks but his the best character in the show.
