well according to the Indian mythology there are immortal souls and I also believe in them.

I do believe that every human being has a soul and that this soul is immortal. We must do good here on earth so that our soul shall be granted eternal life.

My friend, carefully read your statement again- it's CONTRADICTORY! Perhaps it needs a further explanation? In any case, How can ETERNAL LIFE be granted to what is already considered AN UNDYING "Immortal Soul?" An immortal soul is something that ALREADY is inherited with eternal or everlasting life! In either case, the bible does not teach an immortal soul doctrine, but rather "a promise" of eternal life to only a certain group called- The Righteous!

Yes. I am a christian and believe that we all have a soul and that soul goes on to heaven (hopefully) after we die. It seems a good belief to have because we have something to live for.
