I have wondered about that and asked but I have been told that: No, they can't.

I've heard that it's possible to happen to them, but women are more likely to get it than men.

I'm with the majority when I say yes. A well known anchorman in my area got it. He did a lot of stories about it, too.

Yes they can, we all have breat duct cells men and women and just like all cells they can get cancer. It is very rare but it does happen.
