Mine is an anime version of myself a friend rendered from a photo. There were four of us in the picture and she totally remade the photo into anime. Then we each used our little faces for avatars for quite some time. I think I'm the only one who still uses it right now but I like it. :-)

None yet but I'm thinking of putting a picture of a character from either Kanon, Air, Full Metal Panic!, or Yakitate Japan. Kanon and Air have nice looking characters in there =P

Wah.. I use my own photos as my avatar.
Btw, I ussually use vegeta from Fragon ball as my avatar. But since this is international forum, I use to upload my own photos ^^
