are women better managers than men?

today we all talk about equality and mutual respect. still many of us have reservations about the managerial skills of women. it is generally believed that beauty and brain dont go together.
what you guys think?

I think men and women can be successful in their careers, no matter what it is. Sometimes women have better people skills,it just depends on the person I think.
