What age were you when you bought your first House?

at the age of 30

at 30 age.but not fully installment yet.

I was 28 when I bought my first apartment and 33 when I bought my first house. I was really lucky to sneak into the housing market at that point. I probably wouldn't have been able to own a house, if we'd waited an extra year.

Wow I am jealous! I am 38 and still a renter. I have attempted to save money, but each time I accumulate any amount, something happens to deplete the account. :-( I have been out of work for two months now, and just paying monthly rent has been tough. I hope to be prepared to purchase my first home at least by age 40. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
