do u think that its getting harder and harder to get jobs !!!!

the world we r living in now is absolutely not the world for somebody who is not passionate for his job and not compatetive at the level of insanity. now that distances doesnt matter and technology is evolving at exponential rate the general concept of 9-5 jobs is diminishing and working from home is evolving at alrming rate. now more important thing is the skills people have which could be used to multple industries. sticking in to just one profession is a matter of past, now u have to have 2, 3 or may be more careers to stay productive in the job market. what do u think?

i don't feel so. its all about the fact that if you are a talent chap and have the ability then nobody can stop you to succeed. you will then have loads of opportunities coming your way. i say so because i have experience the same. moreover a talented person may have to wait for a while to get the right kind of job. this is because luck factor also comes in. enjoy josh

I think it is hard to get a job nowadays.most good jobs want a college degree and experience.and if you did not graduate high school you can forget about it.i do not understand why getting a good job is so hard we need to get experience but, noone will hire us.i think you need to know 4 or 5 careers to actually even get a job nowadays.

Actually now the time if one wants a job one has to make opportunity himself. There are lots and lots of people are doing home based jobs online jobs and offline jobs. From simple data entry to medical transcription to website designing lots of people are doing online jobs at home itself. Woman have started to gather together and engaged in small small activities or jobs for living. Candle making, pickle making, soap making, pappad making, food packets making and supplying them, etc are some of the fields covered by woman to make themself self sufficent. Lots of people have started to doing farming in the land they have. Today time has come for people to find jobs themself and to discover new and new opportunities of living.

Nowadays jobs are going harder and harder as compared to the old days. But the one thing also matter that there is a rise in competition level between each one. Therefore you need to be a true professional at your profession and side by side you also need some other skills and qualities which can be appreciated and rewarded from time to time. You need to be very committed to the work. Online jobs is a great opportunity for the people who know the use on internet.

that is very true. i personally have a career, a livelyhood, and a job. i am the hardest working women ever. i think becuase college kids a finishing school sooner, loyality is no longer a virtue, and common sense is no longer common, you have to be on top of you games(yes you must have more then one) in order to compete.

Well i think there are two sides to your question. What i have seen from my experience, If you are well qualified and know your job well, employers will pay you anything to get you in their organisation. But if you do not have the right qualification then you might find it difficult to get the job. However most of all, you also should have luck and blessings of your dear ones.

We need to keep our jobs at home and not outsource them. Lets take care of our own first.

There are alot of jobs disappearing from the job market, I'm working from home, there are alot of technology taking over jobs that people use to do tewn years ago. I think alot of comapnies are also laying off people do to the lack of profits that they are making. My husband was looking into a second job but couldn't find one in his carrer path so he just didn't bother. You do have to learn mulitple careers to stay on top in the job market.

to answer your question i believe it is no employer will even look at you unless you have some sort of university degree!1 and its nto fair!! im a qualfied office worker, can i get a job? nope because i havent got a certificate saying i can do the job!! i have been workin within a family company for the past 3 years, and that amount of experience is still not good enough for some of the jobs I have applied for!!
