I have trouble deciding whether to stay home with kids or go back to work!

I am really undecided as to whether I should stay home with the kids or go back to work, even part time. I feel bad, like I am missing out on my kids if I go back to work, almost guilty that I'm not there for them. On the other hand, I miss social interaction with other adults without having to talk about my kids for 3 minutes. Does anyone else have the same dilemma?

I can't really relate since I have no kids yet. But being someone who wants kids soon I have thought a lot about it. and what I have considered is this:
If it is financially possible for you to stay home with the kids, why not do it, at least for awhile in the early years? I think it would be SO hard to be away from them.
If you miss time with other adults, get involved in some other activities that don't involve the kids, whether it's an art class or something at a gym or what not. To help balance things out for youreslf.
