i take 45mins break for every 3hrs of work

here in our country, Philuppines, we are allowed 15 min break every 4 hrs of work.

well i work with my dad and he is those kinds of bosses that want work done very fast. the only break we have in his job is only lunch and back to work, eat lunch, no resting after lunch, just back to work. he does tell me about how when we work we have to take breaks when it is not is work hours, but when we are, he doesnt let no one rest until lunch. when he sees us resting a little bit, hell go like "what are you doing?" we dont even bother to tell him that its a short break. anyways we work for like 8-10hrs.

i take break of 10 mints after 30mints a work on mylot........................and i am feeling again fresh....but some times i take no break and i work 10 hours without break....
