Do you keep your same avatar/picture on profile...

I don't change mine. People recognize users by their avatars, not their user names. It's how people recognize me over the site. It's one of the reasons I hate when people use the same avatar, it's confusing.

I like your new avitar. It is really patriotic and lively. I don't change my avitar at all. I don't because I think people look at the picture more than they do the actual name. I want my friends to know at a glance which posts are mine. Besides, I really like my avitar, lol. I have thought about changing it several times, but each time I think about my friends associating it with me. Have a wonderful new year.

I change my avatar quite frequently, and this is avatar number 6 for me. I had been using a Santa for the Christmas period and added a Scottish Piper for New Year, so naturally I changed it again earlier today because the occassion has passed. I normally choose an avatar at random, and have a large collection of animated images that I can use so it is only a matter of time before I try another one. I have noticed a few members changing their's regularly, while others are happy to use the original choice, but this is a simple matter of personal preference.

Well, I changed my avatar 3 times already and the last one is own creation with paintbrush... Anyway, I like yours.

I've kept the same avatar so far, but I'm likely to change every once in a while. I'm one of those that gets tired of things. I am forever changing furniture around to get a new look. LOL

I have stuck with mine for a while, and will probably keep it up for a lot longer. I do like your new one... reminds me of the 4th of July :)

I have changed mine here a couple of times, and have actually been considering changing it again. I just am not sure to what though. I get bored with the one I have on here, and change it up from time to time to see how it influences people responding to my discussions here as well.

I change mine. at first I kept one of my dog but then I changed it to a merry Christmas one and now I have a happy new year one. I get tired of the same one.

I like your flag a lot. I keep my profile picture the same all the time. I get used to my friends, and then it's changed, and I am not sure who is who. But it's taste. No rules against it.

I don't change my avatar often..i used to before because i wanted to find a good one and after i did i stopped...maybe because am too lazy to look for another good avatar.

I've only changed my avatar one time (it used to be a picture of the Griffin family from "The Family Guy"). I switched it up because I fell in love with the cat picture. I don't think that I will ever change my picture because this is how most people would recognize me, atleast that's how I instantly recognize my friends' discussions...by their picture.

yes i keep the same avtar/picture in my profile, i don't like to change it everytime, because many people recognize us via our avtar only, and its easy too

i used 2 of my own photo as my avatar...as i couldnt find anything else to put hehe..bu seriously, i want my friends to be able to identify me immediately...that's why i dont change my avatar often

As of now, I'm still making use of my old avatar. I guess I'm going to change it soon this 2007.

I am glad u asked this question because I was wondering the same thing. I like to change mine. I am always changing stuff, my desktop,screensaver,ringtone etc. In fact I catch myself sometimes and have to stop wasting my own time. lol
