lol im sorry i cant help laughing at your mouse problem i would be freaking out. my mum had a mouse once and she called out a guy to catch it and he said most people dont have A mouse they have Mice so you mite have to call some one out to put poison down i know it sounds awful but if you dont catch it they can cause all sorts of problems.

How about getting a female mouse and fooling your mouse into a trap? It's a ideea. P.s. If you have a enemy you can give the mouse as a present to him, mouse, hamster, guinee pig, no dofference what so ever. Isn't that a good ideea?

I don't blame the mouse for not eating the cheese sandwich. I wouldn't eat it either without some pickles. Pity you live so far away, as I am just getting rid of two plug in pest repellents. I found these to be quite good and as they have worked so successfully, I have no further use for them. If you still have your little furry friend when I go to the UK in a couple of months, I will bring them with me for you. In the meantime, take good care of him.

Did you ever think about setting out a mouse trap? you can buy them at your local store. set about 3 of them out when you go to bed. There is also sticky paper you can buy , mouse gets on the sticky paper and gets stuck. Try that It should work if not you have to call the bug man. Good luck in getting your mouse

You can go to a health food store and buy some peppermint oil. Put a few drops in each room of your house - all the mice will leave and they won't come back around. They cannot stand the smell. I live out in the country where mice was a problem until I discovered this. And a good thing is the peppermint oil will not hurt kids or other animals. It actually has a nice smell, but mice can't stand it.

That's one hell of a crafty mouse! Which reminds me of that film with Lee Evans, Mouse Hunt I believe. What have you used to trap him? We had a mouse in my parents home many years ago they ignore the cheese, if you put potato down they prefer that, not roast, and don't make gravy for them, just a piece of raw potato, try that! Oh and they like chocolate too, doesn't have to be cadburys unless you've got yourself one hell of a fussy mouse on your hands. Or borrow someone's pet python!

Gee, he seems pretty small and I'll bet he doesn't eat much and might need a warm place to stay, lol. Try putting fabric softener sheets on the floor, in the bedding or on the weight bench. I use it in my grain bins and it keeps them away. Also, there are sticky traps that you can get, put them in areas that you've seen him (if he's been there once chances are he'll be there again). Good luck.

We had a mouse in our house a few winters ago. We tried the sticky traps ( darn thing walked right over them). Our solution ended up being one of those rotating traps. You fill the bait hole with peanutbutter, set the trap - the mouse walks into the hole of the trap and the thing rotates closed, keeping him contained. Good luck trying to catch him!

we use stuff called bar bait we buy it at the feed store. It works great in the barn, our cat doesn't do a great job of catching them either, I think she's just too old!

Eeewww...I hate mice. We have had problems with them in our apartment in the past too. You need to set traps with cheese or peanut butter in them...all around the room. It could be coming in from anywhere. They can fit through the tiniest of holes. I would check your room for any entry points. A good way to keep them out is to fill any holes with steel wool...they can't eat through it. Then set your traps...and hopefully you will catch it...hopefully there is only one...Good luck...Your cat may get it eventually.....ours does...

Have you tried the sticky paper kind of trap? You can cut them off the paper outside ,once they're stuck to it.

oh man i wish i could help but i have the VERY same problem. i know rat killing pills do wonders and kill rats like anything. but i can't try them as my mom owns a boutique at home and when rats eat that pill they get mad and eat away at anything they find - including clothes which is risky for my moms boutique. i'm sick of the rat at my desk/in my cupboard...once even on my BED. EEEKS ! but can't help it.. this one is too small for a rat trap too.

Your post made me laugh. If you can afford it, you should call a mice exterminator, it will be a real problem to have a mouse inside your room, it's scent might attract mice from other parts of your house.
