I myself found it quite easy as i was an occasional smoker. i never had a cigarette in the morning , just when i was out at the weekends.

dontataru I don't support cigarettes, but I think that is very hard after you really are a smoker to quit smoking. I see that every day appears new tratament for smokers to help them to quit smoking, but most of them are fake-tratements :D
