So, when are we taking the Christmas tree down?

We usually take ours down right after New Year's - sometime during that week. One year we got very busy and it was almost Valentine's Day before we took it down. I got to thinking... if it was an all white tree, I might have undecorated it from Christmas decorations and redecorated it with a Valentine's theme. Perhaps start a new tradtion and get more use out of the tree instead of it sitting in the attic all year! LOL!

i actually just asked my parents this a few minutes ago...they seemed unsure when we're taking it down.

I don't know when i will take the Christmas tree down but i think that this week in time of it i will take the Christmas tree down. This is the custom which my family has. Usually after the new year we take the tree. Good luck!

^^ I always throw it out before new year. Just for that I want to feel the New Year comeing in without the last years christmas

I already have all my Christmas decorations down, and have decorated for the New Year! No sense in keeping up decorations that were for the year that is about to pass.
