This is specially to Indian members of Mylot site . I hope that you are aware of withdrawing methods of our earnings from Paypal accounts . pls see the response by member ssh123 on a related topic : http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/440124.aspx and see also this information : http://www.money-transfer.in/paypalindia.html Most of us donot hold the US Bank accounts . And we can request the bank cheque only after earning more than 150$ into our accounts . suppose if we want to withdraw only a 10$ from Paypal account then it would be not easy to get this small amount . I'd like to suggest to make local groups of Indian Mylot users to transfer their earnings to a single Paypal account to easily withdraw the money . Later we can distribute the amount as per our earnings . The leading person of the local groups should act with utmost care , honesty and sinceority . And he/she should give contact details to the other members of the local group . And the local groups can meet occassionally to discuss regarding diiferent things related to Mylot and the world ... * I am waiting for the opinions and the suggestions by the Mylot co-members . many thanks in advance ...

^ I am not saying that I'll take a lead . Any honest one can work for the local group . First members should meet at regular intervals , know more about each other and form the group to help themselves ... It is just an Idea .

msvrao, yeh nobody will come forward unless you already know them because who will trust you? What if the one in whose account the money is transfered says no to distribute the money to reast of the team?

I am not sure of the rules, but from what I have seen on your post and the links that you have so kindly put up, we have a double whammy, because, the Indian bank is going to charge us more than 100 bucks (I think SBI is the cheapest here) plus postage etc just as check realization charges, and we loose out in the exchange rate because the buying rate is always lower than the selling rate.

I think it is crazy that banks which use your money charge you so much dont you have credit unions or something similiar?

Paypal sends the amount in Indian Rupees . The leader of a group distributes the amount locally as per the earnings . could you give any better suggestions please ...

I feel instead of making a group you should think of increasing your earnings to the tune of $150 every month so that you can withdraw.

I agree with your view . However , we do have very honest people around us . Their number might be less - but they do exist .

I am thinking about local groups in each of the major cities . say one at Mumbai , one at Chennai , one at Bangallore , one at Hyderabad ... etc . It is a non-profitable voluntary group ...

I appreciate the way you are helping Indians to get their money withdrawal .. but you know what .. being a seller on Ebay India .. I have only heard bad stories from ebay sellers -- that out of 100 sellers only 50 sellers got their payment through Paypal that's y I always keep myself on the safer side -- and use www.xoom.com to take my money :) and I will receive it within 2 - 3 working days time in my bank account .. I don't mind if xoom takes some fees .. atleast I am confident and secured that I will get the payment :)
