Why are all the recnt discussions getting zero responses? Why has everyone stopped responding to posts?

Do you see how many new discussions are posted all the time? That could explain it. There's too many new discussions started and not enough time to keep up. I had a discussion up for a week before it got it's first response. Sometimes it just happens. Also good to know is that a few of the posters of those discussions are known/unknown cheaters/spammers and it's good not to reply to them. I've just lost points when a spammers topic was removed and the member possibly banned. But there's usually a reason why a discussion has no responses, it's up to you to figure that out if you choose to.

Yeah the pace of new discussions is v v fast. Too fast IMHO.

i think over the last couple of hours there has been a glitch on mylot and i for one havent been able to respond to anyone who has responded to my discussions (if you see what i mean) i think this may be the reason

Ah really? Thanks for pointing it out - that might explain a few things.

I don't think they have stopped responding - I have just been thinking that a lot of people just prefer to respond to discussions that relate to them in some way or another. Just my thoughts on this. Hope you have a Great Day!!!

Thanks for your comment. I just initially thought it was quiet tonight - but then I'm new here so don;t have a lot to compare against. Have a great day too.

I don't think they have. At least, somebody is responding to yours :) I posted a discussion the other day and it only got four responses, though. It was a good discussion but it only got the same number of replies as my very first crappy discussion that I posted weeks ago. Go figure.

Haha - thank you for responding to mine at least! Yes you're right, I noticed a similar effect whereby the same discussion topic got totally different responses and numbers of responses in barely a couple of days. It must depend on how many people are logged in, and tied up in other discussions etc. Does seem quiet tonight though, I have to admit.
