Getting up late in morning or maybe in afternoon - is it right?

How many of you get up late in mornings or in afternoon like i do? I know it creates a lot of health problems but please suggest me how should i start getting up early in the morning.

There is a old saying "Early to bed and Early to Get up makes us fit and fine".This is absolutely right.If we sleep very late and get up very late then it causes healgth problems. A person required 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day, and if you are sleeping less or more is a desiese and should be cured or it creates serious problems.Also one must get up early as the atmosphere and climate is good before the sun rises.Thus it is good to go for a walk or do some exercise early in morning, this keeps us healthy.Also if we wake up early in morning our whold days goes nice, also we feel fresh the whold day.What do you think on this?

I have horrible insomnia, so I generally can't get to bed until 2 or 3 AM. So I will sleep late into the day. The only health problems it's caused me is hypnagogic hallucinations. Just go to bed earlier if you can. If you can't, see a doctor to find out why.
