Do you have the habit of talking while you are asleep. My parents say that i open my eyes and talk to them while i am asleep as if i am awake and i dont have any idea abt what i said when i was asleep. I am afraid that i would disclose the secrets of my mind to someone when i am asleep. Can any1 tell me how to quit this habit

I talk in my sleep and when I had a sleep study done a few months ago I asked the Doc about it - he explained to me that sleep-talking is considered a form of sleepwalking -- My husband says I will sometimes scream and sit up and then sometimes its a little conversation. I would suggest you find a sleep clinic in your area and talk with them about possible solutions -- I'm not sure you are in "danger" of disclosing your utmost inner thoughts and feelings, but if you are like me, it will bother you until you get to bottom of it.

My husband tells me I talk in my sleep. Of course I don't know what I say and neither does he because he is half asleep! I agree sometimes you can say things which could cause problems. I have no idea how to stop this habit. I could use some help myself!

I have been told I talk in my sleep. One time I wakened up to find my husband's ear at my mouth he thought I said another man's name and he wanted to know what I was saying. I was mad, scared and laughing all the same time. Talk about jealous!
