Read FAQ, if your quetion match with FAQ you will not get any response, if not and it is important for other users too then may get response but due to heavy rush reply takes time one or two weeks.

If you question is answered in guidelines/faq's or mylot rules, then you may not receive any reply from ADMIN. If you query is specific and first of its kind, then you may get communication from mylot.

I have sent mylot several messages in the past. some were responded to and some were not. Those that were not with in an hour of what the message was sent fore I did see some action on their part, and with in an hour to two hours. Those that were answered were with in a 6 hours. at least so far

If the myLot finds ur message worthy to respond, they will respond within 15 days. If u have asked such thing which can be found by navigating the site, they may not respond in that case. This is what I have experienced.

I think they can take up to a week. They get lots of emails everyday.
