Unconditional means 'no conditions'. So, unconditional love means you love someone without expecting anything in return. I truly believe that my partner and I share this type of love, and yes, our dog shows us unconditional love as well.

Thank you, I'm happy to have finally found someone to share unconditional love with. I have had partners before where love was shared, but there were always restrictions and conditions. Those relationships obviously didn't last. I am confident and even positive that this one will!

I'm not sure if I've ever experienced unconditional love. They say it's unconditional, but there are always strings attached SOMEWHERE.

I think that beyond popular belief, there is no such thing as unconditional love when it comes to having a relationship. However, with your children and your pets that can love you, that's about it.
A relationship has too many rules, too many do's and don'ts, it will never be unconditional, there's always a condition.

Unconditional love is where you love someone no matter what they do- even if they hurt you. I feel like I have this for my parents and boyfriend. I love him even though he's cheated on me and hurt me so much. Not sure pets can feel that much to be honest!

Parents love is unconditional, mothers give their children unconditional love, I give my children unconditonal love not expecting anything in return
