I've never had the flu and have never gotten the flu shot. I was just wondering if any of you have had it. How long were you sick for? what were the symptoms?

I've got rid of a terrible viral infection or flu (you can call it like you want).I've been ill and had pills over pills for 5 days (wasn't that nice while i didn't have permission to go outside the house:( ).Now I feel far more better and when you feel weacked and don't have energy to do other activities, you sneeze a lot and your nose is rivering its secretions (i said it-it flows like a river:)))...you must consult you near medical clinic...hope you won't need this..have a nice day!

Yes i have had the flu my fair share that is for sure and i think that i have had my flu shot too ... LOL! You feel really rough when you have the flu. The flu normally is followed by a fever and you can not even think of food. You get a severe headache and you get immense chills all through out your body. Having the flu is a terrible feeling all in all!

Wow, aren't you blessed? I have flu like once in every 3 to 6 months. The symptoms are fever, running nose, sore throat and cough. For me, having flu is no laughing matter because I am very prone to bronchitis and the last time I was down with flu the doc said that the infection had spread to my lungs. Looks like I have to boost my immunity system somehow.
