Tell me if you think it's ok for illegals to be here and get benefits and drivers licences and jobs without any proof of citizenship?

Where are illegal people getting benefits and driver's licenses? I don't think they get such things.

In the state of Oregon they are not required to show any proof of citizenship to get a driver's license, and they get all kinds of benefits. I think this goes for just about ever other state but i'm not sure.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Illegals should have NO rights in this country!! How dare they think they are above the law of this country. Everyone has an opportunity to enter the United States by applying for legal entrance into this country. We just simply CANNOT support the illegals and provide health care, shelters and food for them! Sadly, we cannot save the world! It's time to stop this insanity!!

So they shouldn't be treated like human beings because they don't have the right paper saying what land they can live on? No wonder we haven't figured out how to fix this...

Illegal immigrants should be treated as all American criminals, or Americans who commit a crime in another country. There should be no benefits and they should be deported at the first chance. Under no circumstances do we treat them as we do our citizens when they first enter our country.

I personaly don't think it's ok for them to be here if it's not done legaly, but I also know one of those people personally, and he says he had no other choice. It can take up to 2 years to process the info, and sometimes even after the waiting period you are denied for something as small as a misspelled name. I am an American, and I am dating a guy from mexico. So I understand both sides of the story, but alot of people don't. I think that whoever decides they want to come to the us should proceed legally. I also believe that if someone has been here for an extended amount of time illegaly, they should be granted citizenship. Alot of contributions are made by hispanic people.

IF it takes that long then WAIT. and don't f*ck up your application. It's not my fault those idiots can't proofread and be thorough. You think I'm gonna jump on a boat and get by Sweden's border patrol because they are making me wait to process my application? NO. tough sh*t, go through the process the right way or hit the highway dumb*ss illegals.

Immagrants should come to this country with all the right paperwork and if they dont have it they should be immediatly sent back to where they came from. They come here and get benifits and other things that are not avalible to me or that I cant get. They also need to learn the English language.

Absolutely NOT. Every time that these people get any benifit whether it be a drivers licence or welfare they are taking valuable resources from american citizens as well as those people that respect this country enough to come here legally.
