Vet of coarse. Or, a trainer or groomer. The last two you could most likely learn on the job, and eventually go into business for yourself when you are older with experience.

vet is the most common. even without a degree, you can still join PAWS or progressive animal welfare society.

Besides the most common ... veterinarian, how about dog walker, pet sitter, dog trainer, groomer, animal massage therapist, pet photographer, doggie daycare, animal behavorist, pet transportation, and pet bakery. Most of these don't require college education, just common sense and good work skills. For something a little more complicated, you could train and sell service dogs.
