Fenja1 My German Shepherd is named Indi and her nickname is Baby Doll. She is far from being a doll though as she is very hyper and thinks she's the boss. After a playful day, she'll come next to me and practically beg for a hug. Suddenly she's a Baby Doll. I also...

is there a certain flea shampoo or something that works really well?

Fenja1 Frontline works great for my dogs. You apply it once a month and it kills ticks as well as fleas. It also protects against heartworm.

I am thinking of getting my dog microchipped.. I wonder if it causes pain for them?

Fenja1 The microchip does not cause any pain. My dog didn't even seem to feel the needle when the chip was injected.

Fenja1 Oh, I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I don't understand why your friend has to go through the injections. Was the dog rabid? If he was, that is the reason for the bite. All pet owners should get rabies shots for their pets to avoid the situation your...

Fenja1 Offer to walk dogs, care for pets, clean houses, or rake leaves. You could make homemade cookies and sell them. You could also deliver newspapers or find someone who needs flyers distributed and work for them. The homeowners association in my neighborhood...

Fenja1 I agree with you. I have spent large sums of money on dogs that would be trained to be working dogs because I needed to find a dog with specific qualities. But why spend so much for a pet when there are many, many animals being put to sleep. I used to own a...

Mine, by far, is putting my career before family and then mishandling the money I made from that career.

Fenja1 Yes, people who love us seem to think that they know what is best for us. I've probably been guilty of doing this to someone. Not intentionally though. I've given you a + rating. Thanks for your comment.
