what do u do to stay healthy??.....

have u changed ur lifestyle..just because to stay fit and healthy.?? please do reply so that others could learn the tips and your valuable suggestions

I am 58 years old, and in quite good shape, I think. I have three dogs, so I make sure that I walk with them at least twice daily for at least a half hour. That gives me about one hour of walking, aerobic exercise, and then I attend a yoga class for one hour and a half, twice a week. I am a Natural Health Care Practitioner ( see my profile)so I earn my living, counselling others on food and supplemantary issues. A reasonable diet, some exercise, and a positive mindset, will do wonders for most people, however, most people need to be taught these skills.

i use to walk for 5 kilo meters minimum in the morning and evening and this is the best way to stay fit and that too walking in the morning gives you fresh air to enjoy the wlak and healthy

yaa i have changed a little bit of my life style. Now i prefer less oily stuff and now sticking only to our traditional foods rather than junk food.

you better prefer olive oil or flax seed oil they are good for heath( but take in less quantity) these oils are best than all other oils(sunflower,groud nut..etc)

I eat healthy and I walk for exercise. You posted a comment on of of my discussions about it not haveing chocolate..If you will read the first comment, it is the corrected recipe.
