milk is a health drink. we cant take the milk "raw", because it may contain bacteria. and at the same time, if boiled, the essential nutrients get lost. so, how to get all the goodness of milk.??

sesha1240 i'm not opposing you. even i boil milk before consuming, but the essential nutrients in it lost[ except calcium]. have you read my scrap clearly. i was asking which is the best means to attain the goodness of milk, without bacterial impact

sesha1240 i make sure i eat atleast five (mini meals) times every day. as i cant eat everything in one GO,i divide my food plan 8am,11 am, 1pm, 5pm, 7-7.30 pm.

sesha1240 i feel very uncomfortable to keep my hair in order. this is because, as i often shift places, the water doesnt suit my body. so opt for parachute conditioner for men,it makes my hair in place
