They have restaurants, laudrymat, video games, massage stations and more. Everything is free. They even have Doctors on site. Would you like to work there? Their profits are way up.

Yep, this sounds like the typical successful dot com company that has not quite made it to the corporate mentality. I'm sure that having their stock up at $483 a share didn't hurt either. And, to answer your question, I would have likes to work there and received some stock options before their IPO. This made a lot of people there instant millionaires. Nonetheless, it would be nice to have those types of perks at work. DO you detenct any envy in my voice?....lol

This is very interesting to know. Where is their office located? It sounds like a good job for me to work at and sounds great. Where did you find this out? I did know they are doing very well financially and is the best search engine. I could use a massage right about now. :-)

In theory, I would love it, or at least I would love all the perks that go along with it. I am not interested in moving or living anywhere else. The profit sharing would be a real big plus if it was part of the deal.

I saw that on the Today Show. It looked like it'd be so much fun to work there. Happy employees make more productive employees in my opinion. I wish more of these corporations would key in on that? I think too many of them demand loyalty to the company, but that goes out the window if they have to do layoffs. Often times some of the highest paid employees get cut first.

You sure would have very few reasons to be off of work.

Well that is how Microsoft, Adove and Amazon was.... but that nice working conditions won't last if you look at the previous examples. Microsoft will lay support staff off right at three months a day before they are eligible for medical insurance so that they could save money. heh They all have their downsides.

But is there any cost to work for them. I try to stay away from everything that cost because in my experience they don't pay.

It sounds like it certainly has a lot of perks, but I wonder how high the stress level is there. It must be a nice job opportunity. I would certainly love a massage everyday after work.
