Hi Andre,
This is what I do:
1. We need to aim at 'key person' such as community leaders or church leaders or any influential people and get them as our direct referrals.
2.Save your energy and leave the skeptic. Use your energy instead to get the opportunist.
3.I also set up a blog just for Agloco info where people can read and understand what Agloco is all about. And if they like, they can sign up under me from my blog
4.Do not hesitate to lend a hand because if our referrals succeed, we will benefit as well.

That is kool indeed. But we need to encourage other members with few referrals to get them started. I know it is frustrating at the beginning, especially when people bash Agloco as spam. What new members (well, we are all new actually, not even 2 months) need to do is to equipt yourself with a bit of knowledge of what you are going to promote. The only way to do it is by seeking information about Agloco, and the best place to start is the Agloco Official blog

So far I have 63 referrals and I am hoping to get 200 before the Viewbar is launched in Feb or early March.

I think it is wrong to wait until you can prove that Agloco does pay. At that time, there will be much more competition. At that time, when you ask someone to join Agloco because you can prove that it pays, people will say, 'Sorry, I am a member already'
Dont miss out this chance. Start recruiting now.
I 'wish' the Viewbar would be released sometimes in April or May.

Once the payments start coming you will never be able to get referrals if you can't do it now. Then everyone will be hunting for referrals. Just try to get 4 friends with Internet facilities and get them to join the scheme. Also convince them that they will earn only $5 per month if they don't get at least anoter 4 friends to join this. Tell them to choose between $5 or $1000. Just join or join with enthusiasm and find 4 more. If this works then you will earn over $1500 per month.

I have signed up 3 days ago and I have only 1 referral. Sure 1 is better than nothing, but I guess I have to work a bit harder to get around what you have been up! :)

the last time i looked i only had 23 i hope i can get more.wow 71 refferals is alot so you are doing good, maybe after it starts we can get more ref.ppl are affraid to sign up.thinking its a scam.

Why the hell should anyone be bothered whether it is a scam when they don't charge you a red cent to join and when you don't have even 5 minutes of work to do.

I have only 19 direct refferals but none extended.
The people that I invited dont metter and dont invited another friends and I cant have extended refferals. Im tired to invite people for agloco, Im not invite more people because I dont know How much they will pay and how long the viewbar will be already. If i receive my first payment of Agloco, at this time I will work a lot to invite a lot of people and maybe create a site or a blog to annouciate my agloco. lets see if we will earn much money! Im waiting confiant.

I am currently at around 1000 referrals. You can find some of the recruiting tips on my blogs at http://www.aglocoblog.net for some referral ideas. Some of the methods are free while some are not.
Best free method is to get an Agloco Dedicated blog and promote it. Submit your new Agloco blog to AglocoDirectory.com to share traffic daily.

Wow,how did you guys get so much referrals?I have none.My friends we're not interested about it till they see any proof of payment.I think i need to get paid first before getting any referrals.You could really make a lot of money from your referrals when this site starts.Good for you.

By the time you get paid this will be common knowledge and you will have more difficulty in finging referrals. Explain to then about the company Allvantage and how they paid and how agloco is backed by them. Tell them that they too have to get referalls so to join immediately. Whats the problem? They are not paying anything. Only involves ten minutes of work.
