Do you think it´s more important to have a job that you are not so much interested in but you make a lot of money....or a job that you have a passion for and makes you happy but doesnt give you so much money???

I think being happy in your job is the most important thing of all, after all you are going to have to spend a good part of your life doing it, one should be happy doing it, we only get one chance at life....

To me it's more important to have a job that you have a passion for, but that gives you a little of money rather than a job that gives you a lot of money but that you don't like. Unfortunately I don't have a job I like and it gives me a little of money, so I wasn't lucky at all :( I am a civil servant, when I was a child I dreamt to become an artist, but my parents didn't want me to attend an art school, so I never studied with passion. Now I have a job that I hate, but I have a lot of hobbies, drawing and painting, for instance, are my favourite hobbies.

I think it depends on what is important to you if it's money then you should get a job that you can make the most money doing, if you want to follow your passion then get a job doing that. Most people would like to have a little of both good money and a job they enjoy.

I want to have satisfaction :: from my job which I know I can never get because the lob i love is the one which I can't work on. I wanted to play tennis but i got the opputrinity very late and by that time we already got sania mirza....otherwise i would have the job and the name and of course satisfaction...luck destiny whatever you can call it. Also still I would like a job which gives me respect, fame, name, attention and leadership!!!

i have been to situations like this. my first job is enjoying but i left it because i couldn't earn much. then the second job came which offers great salary bu the work sucks. Im not happy with it anymore and i am planning to quit. I'll just have to find the balance between the two. Money and job satisfaction should come hand on hand. that's the dream job, as they say.
