Dinner everyday with the entire family can only do good.

That's a thing I found out since we stopped having dinners as a family, every family who wants her children to have confidence and to feel like they are being listened to should have a dinner with the entire family present every day. For divorced families that's impossible to manage, there is a way to gather up half of the family in one side and the other in the other side but that won't work for most children, so does researches say.

As part of a blended family, we have made a point of having dinnet together when the boys are with us, and I belive the same happens at their mother's house. So even though they are not having dinner with mommy and daddy every night, they do have family dinners every night, and that is what is important at the end.

That is good. I wish more folks would take this approach. My mom always tried to get us together for meals. It is a lost art these days.

I make sure we eat at the same time at home..dinner is the only time where everyone can talk and share their experiences that day.so that we can update each other with whats been happening lately..Plus this kind of bonding makes a family more closer together.

Having dinner with the family makes every member closer together. On my part, although we are lack of many things, my parents see to it that every dinner time we eat together although the food we have is not as delicious as others. Even at this time, when I am at home, we see to it that we eat together with my family.

yeah it is absolutely right .. taking dinner together is the best thing we can do .. Every one is busy somewhere or else for whole day .. At dinner table we can share things .. it gives a feeling which can not be described in words

When my kids were young their dad travelled. I made it a point to eat at the table with them every day, I think it made a great difference in their lives. I did not have kids that fought with each other, and they could even carry on a real discussion. I think this would help almost anyone.
